用途
主要用于地質(zhì)、地?zé)帷⑺?、淺層石油、煤氣層等鉆進(jìn)中供給沖洗液，沖洗液可分為泥漿、清水等，亦可作為以上介質(zhì)的輸送泵。
結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
F系列泥漿泵具有結(jié)構(gòu)先進(jìn)、體積小、使用性能良好、有較好的互換性、易于保養(yǎng)等特點(diǎn)，適用于油田深井和超深井等鉆井工藝要求。
F系列泥漿泵主要由動(dòng)力端和液力端組成。動(dòng)力端采用強(qiáng)制潤(rùn)滑和飛濺潤(rùn)滑相結(jié)合的潤(rùn)滑方式，潤(rùn)滑可靠，增加了動(dòng)力端的使用壽命。由于該系列泥漿泵沖程長(zhǎng)，并保持在較低的沖數(shù)下使用，有效地提高了泥漿泵的上水性能，從而延長(zhǎng)了液力端易損件的壽命。
該泥漿泵嚴(yán)格按照API Spec7k《鉆井和修井設(shè)備規(guī)范》生產(chǎn)，并按照該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行出廠試驗(yàn)。
F Series Mud Pump have the feathers of advanced constructor, small volume, great performance, good interchangeability and easy maintained. So they are applicable to be used in the oil filed drilling technology such as deep oil well and ultra-deep well.
F Series Mud Pump consist of the hydraulic end and the power end.The power end applies both the constraint lubrication and splashed lubrication, this lubrication way can improve the life expectancy of the power end. As these series mud pump have longer stroke and can be used in lower impact, effectively improving the pumping performance of the pump, hence the life of the fragile parts in hydraulic end are improved.
This mud pump is produced by strictly refer to the API Spec7k ’Drilling and workover equipment specification’, and also did the text before it taken out of the factory.
